Caritas-CCAMH staff organized a workshop on March 14-15, 2024, in Kampong Cham Province. The workshop was held at the Chamkar Leu District Referral Health Center and the Orang Ov District Referral Hospital in Tbong Khmum Province. The focus of the workshop was on Maternal-Child Mental Health in Maternal Health Care Activities at Health Centers and District Referral Hospitals.

The participants included 20 individuals, with an equal split of 10 males and 10 females. The workshop aimed to improve the implementation of current maternal and child health activities in health centers and district referral hospitals. It also focused on integrating mental health-related activities throughout the stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.

The workshop emphasized the importance of addressing mental health needs and utilizing resources to effectively integrate mental health components into existing maternal and child health care practices. Special thanks were extended to Louvain Cooperation for sponsoring this valuable workshop.
